• Carer Support
  Providing support and information to carers of people with dementia
• Carer Support Group Meetings
  Held on the third Monday of each month. Usually have a guest speaker.
• Carers' Forum
  An opportunity to talk with healthcare professionals and share experiences with other carers. Takes place on the first Monday of the month (except Bank Holidays). There is no need to book just come along.
• Carers' Support Group Coffee mornings
  A coffee morning held the first Wednesday of the month for carers of people with dementia. Carers are welcome to bring the person with dementia they care for.
• Early Birds Group
  A support group for younger people with dementia and their families. Meets monthly on a Thursday evening and enjoy various activities and outings. Contact the branch for a programme of events.
• Hemel Hempstead Dementia Cafe
  The Dementia Cafe is a regular gathering aimed at carers of people with dementia, the people they care for, family and friends.
• Information
  Providing information to people with dementia, their carers and professionals.
• Saturday Club - Half Moon Yard
  A daycare facility for people with dementia held on a Saturday.
• The Tring Alzheimer's cafe
  Drop in cafe style centre offering health and social care support to Tring and Tring village residents. Postcodes covered: HP23 HP4
