Cheque Presentations

Bolsover Home Helps adopted our branch as their charity for 2007 and raised the grand sum of £1,584.
They organised various events throughout the year, including a 'Big Breakfast' held in September.
Mike Spriggs, Angela Smith, Jo Franklin and some of the service users from the Bolsover area were delighted to receive the cheque of behalf of the branch.
Also in January this year Angela and Sally were welcomed to the Dunston Ladies' Group where they were delighted to accept a cheque for £100.
Dementia has touched the lives of many of the group and they wanted to help the branch support those living with memory problems.
