Chesterfield Co-op held a fashion show at their Chesterfield branch on 25 October, raising £1500 for the Society.
Several committee members were joined by our branch manager, Sally Plummer, and our development worker, Jo Franklin, to enjoy an evening of fashion and discount shopping.
Our branch chair, Linda Moore, and Sally are pictured with store manager, David Pearce, and Chesterfield FC players at the show.
This was all part of a fantastic £250,000 raised by the Midland Co-operative Society in 2007 for the Alzheimer's Society.

Tea Dance
Another Tea Dance on Whittington Moor
On November 8th we were joined by the Calow Sequence Dance Club for another popular tea dance.

to Whittington Moor Methodist Church for their hospitality, and to Andrew and Pauline Hodkinson for leading the dance.
We hope to hold more tea dances in 2008, the first one being in March.
