  Support to small groups of 6-8 carers

• Caring and Coping Course

  8 week course held every 6 months - venues and days vary. Venues move around York to enable people from all over the city to be able to attend

  One to one support and information for people with dementia and their carers

• Drop-in

  Drop-in session for information

• Home Respite

  Respite service for people with dementia

• Information and advice

  Information and advice provision for all

• Minster Inn Group

  Informal evening group as arranged (every 2-3 months) 7 pm, at Minster Inn, Marygate

• Selby Companions

  Meets on last Monday of the month at Community House Selby, 2.15 - 4 pm

• Selby Support Group

  Monthly support group meeting on the first Wednesday of the month.

• Social group

  A social group for people with dementia, carers

• Trips

  Approximately 3 outings a year

• Walking group

  Monthly short walk led by fully trained guides, Wednesday midday.
