  • Calne Carers Group

    The group provides an opportunity to chat and share experiences with other like minded people. The group includes professional speakers who come in to talk on various topics of interest.

  • Carer Support Service

    Information and support provided to carers of people with dementia on a one to one basis either in their home or through an appointment at the branch office

  • Chippenham Carers Group

    The group provides an opportunity to chat and share experiences with other like minded people. The group includes professional speakers who come in to talk on various topics of interest.

  • Helpline

    Helpline service available on 01249 443469 between the hours of 9:30 and 3:30pm Monday to Friday. At other times and when we are already on the phone an answerphone will come into operation. Any with or concerned about dementia can call to speak about their concerns.

  • Home Support Service

    A specialist service for people with dementia and their carers. Offering short respite breaks. Trained home support staff visit the home providing meaningful companionship, stimulation and individual care for the person with dementia. At the same time they will also cover the normal caring duties to allow the carer a regular short break.

  • Information Provision

    Free confidential support and information regarding Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Signposting for legal and financial advice. Support and information on understanding behavioural problems, what day care and home care services are available and help when considering respite and full time care.

  • Singing for the Brain

    Group singing sessions run by a leader for carers and people with dementia to enjoy a social activity.

  • Wootton Bassett Carers Group

    The group provides an opportunity to chat and share experiences with other like minded people. The group includes professional speakers who come in to talk on various topics of interest.
