• Day club (mobile) - Younger people with dementia

  Mobile day club for younger people with dementia

• Dementia Awareness Training for Professionals

  A 1 day course giving experiental learning in dementia awareness. The course is suitable for any health or social care worker who is dealing with people with dementia or their carers

• Mental Capacity Act training

  Training in the application of the mental Capacity Act 2005 for carers of people with dementia

• Middlesbrough Support Group

  Support Group for carers of people with dementia. A friendly group facilitated by Karen Jones in which carers can air their problems and concerns and get help and support

• Stockton carer support group

  Support group for carers of people with dementia. A friendly group facilitated by Gail Walker, allows carers to air their problems and get help and support from each other

• Stockton Dementia Link Service

  Offer individual support and information to people with dementia and their carers
