• Artlink

  An occasional creative arts series of workshops (dance, reminiscence, music, poetry and art) for people with dementia and their carers working and creating together.

• Carers Information Courses

  Aims to help people who are caring for people with memory problems or confusion. It gives a chance for carers to meet other people in a similar situation. It gives information about member problems, legal issues and benefits and there is information about local services and where to seek help. There are also practical tips about caring in the home and information about carers looking after themselves. Contact branch for further details.

• Crofts Carers Group

  Carer's grop meets second Wednesday of every month at Castle Hill United Reformed Church, Dryden Road, Ipswich. Please contact the branch for more information.

• Events, Outings and Trips

• Eye Carers' Group

  It is a support group for carers of people with dementia and their families. It meets the last Wednesday of every month between 11.30 - 13.30. Buffet lunch provided.

• Felixstowe Carers Group

  Support group meets first Monday of every month at the Felixstowe Senior Citizens' Centre, Broadway House, Orwell Road IP11 7DD. Call branch to confirm next meeting date.

• Hadleigh Heartsease Group

  Support group meetings 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at Sydney Brown Court, Hadleigh. Places are limited for Heartsease Groups please contact Julia Dawson before attending.

• Holbrook Family Support Group

  The second Tuesday of every month from 2.30pm - 4pm at Orwell House, Woodlands Road, HOLBROOK, Ipswich, Suffolk. Please could you contact the staff to confirm the next meeting date.

  Support group meets first Wednesday of the month at Jamie Cann House, 51 Demioselle Crescent, Ravenswood, Ipswich IP3 9UE. Please call the branch to confirm the next meeting date.

  Support group meets third Tuesday of every month at the Leiston United Church Hall. Please call the branch to confirm next meeting date.

• Needham Market Heartsease Group

  Support group meets 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at the Needham Market Community Centre. Places are limited for Heartsease Groups, please contact Julia Dawson before attending.

• Sunday Lunch Club

  Meets about every 6 weeks at various venues - most frequently the Brook Hotel, Felixstowe. Please contact the branch for more details.
