quality If you wish to run Introduction to Quality Dementia Care in your establishment please contact the Branch to discuss your training needs. All Hounslow Branch training is facilitated by: Jennie Whitford BA (Hons) who is the Dementia Care Service Manager working for the Alzheimer's Society Hounslow Branch. Jennie is an approved dementia care trainer. Her training style focuses on the individual's experience of dementia, which she can relate to from her everyday work. Jennie finds by using live case studies, she is able to simplify what can appear to be complex theoretical approaches into practical based skills, inspiring staff in a variety of health and social care settings to understand and put into practice interventions that are more effective, practical and most of all person-centered. Jennie has a passion and drive to allow the real voice and experience
of people with dementia to be heard. More comments from past participants: "I thought it was an excellent course, very worthwhile. I am glad I attended the course."
